Regional Funding Opportunity for Hood River, Sherman, Gilliam, Wheeler, and Wasco counties is now closed.
If your organization serves families and children, you may qualify for a grant to support your efforts. By using multiple funding streams, Four Rivers Early Learning and Parenting Hub is looking to support parent education, kindergarten readiness, and family engagement needs in each community by matching the appropriate funding stream.
Areas of focus for funding include; parent education, kindergarten readiness and family engagement. Applications must impact children and their families in Sherman, Hood River, Wasco, Gilliam, and Wheeler counties. Funds are designated for programming that supports families who are pregnant, or with children 0-6.

Grant timelines and funding:
2024 Funding Round is now closed.
April 8th - Request for applications announced
April 17th - RFO informational webinar (11 am - 12:30 pm)
May 3rd - Applications due by 5 pm PT
June 4th - Applicants will be notified if they were selected for funding
June 30th - Subcontracts finalized and signed
